Filing a DMCA Notice
To request removal of infringing material, submit a written notice via our contact form (select "著作權侵權 / Copyright"). Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The URL(s) on iduck.cc where the infringing material is located (e.g. https://iduck.cc/i/xxxxxx).
- Your name, mailing address, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our Response
- Valid notices are processed within 3 business days; infringing content will be removed or disabled.
- Incomplete notices will receive a request for the missing information.
- Misrepresentation in a notice may expose the sender to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
Counter-Notification
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notification via the same form, including identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that the removal was erroneous, your contact information, and your signature.
Repeat Infringers
Accounts determined to be repeat infringers will be permanently terminated.
