Filing a DMCA Notice

To request removal of infringing material, submit a written notice via our contact form (select "著作權侵權 / Copyright"). Your notice must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  2. The URL(s) on iduck.cc where the infringing material is located (e.g. https://iduck.cc/i/xxxxxx).
  3. Your name, mailing address, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response

  • Valid notices are processed within 3 business days; infringing content will be removed or disabled.
  • Incomplete notices will receive a request for the missing information.
  • Misrepresentation in a notice may expose the sender to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notification via the same form, including identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that the removal was erroneous, your contact information, and your signature.

Repeat Infringers

Accounts determined to be repeat infringers will be permanently terminated.
